Abstract
A gripping musical based on the true story of 5 American Christian missionaries led by Jim Elliot, who sought to reach out to the most dangerous tribe in the Amazon, the Auca Indians. In one of their contacts with the tribe, they were all savagely speared to death. In the aftermath of the tragedy, Jim's wife, Elisabeth, persevered in reaching out to these killers by entering the tribe to live with them in a remarkable act of love, forgiveness and reconciliation.
